Fipexide

Fipexide is a novel class of nootropic drug widely used in Europe. It has chiefly been used to treat all types of dementia but has found to be most useful in Alzheimer's disease.

This drug has proven to be very effective in dementia patients; causing improved cognition, concentration and memory. However, over time it has been observed that Fipexide use can have significant side effects.

Fipexide can cause chemical hepatitis, liver failure, in some patients. It has also been linked to causing fevers. Fipexide is no longer available in the USA or Europe. The drug has been replaced by many of the more newer and safer nootropics.
